The fantastic people behind the armed forces support website "Support Our Soldiers" officially launched as a registered charity on Saturday 27th October at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, Staffordshire. In what proved to be an emotional, humbling, but equally tremendous occasion, families from across the UK gathered together to meet, mostly, for the first time and to share one common bond. To show our support for our soldiers! Patron of S.O.S Nell McAndrew joined Agnes and Karen to officially declare Support Our Soldiers a registered charity.
As a show of his gratitude for the support provided to him and the family during the last 6 months since his return from Basra, Craig wanted to present Agnes & Karen with a donation from his Freddie Fund which he set up in order to provide contributions to organisations such as Support Our Soldiers. He was delighted to be able to present SOS with £500 on their official launch day.
